Bullying in television

Today I was deciding on a research topic for my 224 class and decided on the topic of bullying but more specifically who should be held responsible for creating laws and regulations to prevent this from happening. I found a really awesome article that talks about how bully's are portrayed on television, usually they are the attractive popular ones l. The article went on to talk about how this affects children in our school systems today and how it in a way encourages children to bully other because they feel this is what makes them "cool". It's strange to think about how much television affects young children's minds.
