Grown Ups

So last night I was looking for something on TV as I was going to bed and found the 2010 movie Grown Ups directed by Dennis Dugan. I remember seeing commercials for it a few years ago and thinking it looked funny, and it was. The version they had playing was pretty cool because during commercial breaks they would show behind the scenes clips from filming and a lot of little side notes from the director.  In one particular scene the cast was standing in front of a flag pole and because there was no wind that day the director had to digitally insert an american flag blowing in the wind along with a little bird.  The director said that that summer they had filmed they experienced some of the coldest summer days.  In one scene the guys of the cast which included all the big time funny guys like Adam Sandler, Kevin James, Chris Rock, David Spade, and Rob Schneider, were sitting out by the lake in lawn chairs in shorts but the weather was only about 40 degrease that day so they set up space heaters just outside camera view to keep them warm.  I ended up falling asleep before seeing the rest of the movie but I found those few little things to be pretty interesting.
